Stores, clinics, offices, hotels and educational projects have passed through our job site, such as the children's block of Colégio Marista. Today we are executing the new university block for SATC, in Criciúma, with approximately 4,500 m² in precast structure.
From design to delivery, with in-house engineering
Working with in-house engineering means that design and execution talk to each other the whole time. Before starting, we cross-check the projects, and the client can view the house in VR to make decisions with confidence ahead of time.
During construction, the routine is one of planning and verification: schedule, alignment meetings on site, quality control at every stage and tests such as the watertightness test, which proves the waterproofing is working before everything is sealed up.

One of them traveled the world: Casa Bloco, which we built in Criciúma with a design by ES Arquitetura, was published on ArchDaily, awarded at the 7th Saint-Gobain Architecture Prize and selected for an exhibition running parallel to the 2021 Venice Architecture Biennale.
