High-end single-family residence spread over two floors, built in a gated community in Criciúma. The house was designed for comfort and efficiency, with a solar power system, rainwater capture and filtration, climate control through air conditioning and heating, plus automation of sound, alarm and cameras. The finishes combine PVC, aluminum and wood frames, tempered glass, stone and granite on the thresholds and custom cabinetry. The exposed-brick façade with large glass panels and cantilevered volumes gives the composition a contemporary identity. Project built by EZA Engenharia.
