High-end single-family residence in Criciúma, with two floors and contemporary architecture of straight lines. The facade combines cantilevered white volumes, wide floor-to-ceiling glass panes and slatted wood panels, with landscaping of lawn and palm trees that gives lightness to the whole. The program is generous: three en-suite bedrooms, with the master integrated with a closet and his-and-hers bathrooms with a bathtub, plus a living room with fireplace, office, wine cellar, powder room and family room. The leisure area brings together a pool with a support bathroom and a gourmet space with a barbecue, and the house was equipped with underfloor heating, integrated climate control, automation and solar panels.
