The residence is a contemporary two-story house in Criciúma, with architectural design by André Sartor and 860.19 m² of built area on a 817.01 m² lot. The volume stands out for its cantilevered slabs and wide glass façades, which integrate the interior spaces with the garden over a natural stone base. The program brings together balconies and a covered terrace with a wood ceiling, a spacious garage, and a complete leisure area with a pool and gazebo. Built by EZA Engenharia and delivered in 2022, the project combines constructive rigor and refined finishing.
