The layout brings together two en-suite bedrooms, an office and an integrated living space combining lounge, dining and kitchen, which opens onto a wide balcony with a wooden deck, barbecue and fireplace. The house is completed by a wine cellar, an elevator and a large garage on the access floor. The contemporary architecture marks the facade with brick-style ceramic tile cladding, black aluminum frames, wooden ceilings and large glass panes.
