High-end expansion of a residence in Criciúma, completed by EZA Engenharia in 2020. The project spreads the home over two floors and enhances the exposed-brick façade combined with a wooden structure and a pergola that makes the transition between the house and the garden. The generous-eaved roof, with an exposed chimney, gives character to the new massing. The landscaping with palm trees and a stone path completes the ensemble and reinforces the sense of tranquility.
