Expansion and requalification of Althoff Supermercados, a commercial complex bringing together the main store, commercial units, and a covered access street. The intervention totals about 3,667 m² of built area on a plot of approximately 3,943 m², distributed across the ground floor, mezzanine, and upper floors. The architectural design is by Carneiro Arquitetos Associados, with execution led by EZA Engenharia.
