Decor Export is a commercial building that EZA Engenharia built in Criciúma, designed by architect André Sartor. It has three floors housing spacious commercial offices, kitchenettes and washrooms, plus a gourmet space with an outdoor deck and a covered access hall. The structure is steel with ACM cladding, glazing-type window frames and metal brise-soleils, which gives the facade that striking mirrored glazed volume on the corner. The building also features a hydraulic elevator and accessibility resources, such as a lift platform, accessible washroom and tactile signage. Completed in 2022, it is a project that showcases EZA's standard in high-end commercial construction.
