Renovation project of a two-story residence. On the upper floor, the ample master suite shares the level with a second suite, a bedroom and a study; on the ground floor, the kitchen integrates with the dining room. The front façade combines metal-sheet cladding with Sayerlack paint, a glass guardrail and a wooden deck covered by 10mm glass, which brings lightness to the whole. In the interiors, the drywall ceilings with LED rope lighting and the Portinari and Eliane cladding set the contemporary tone, while the landscaping with peanut grass and rolled-pebble paths stitches together the transition from the street to the house. Architectural design by Machado & Kronemberger.
