A high-end residence built by EZA Engenharia in Criciúma, with a design by Zaniboni Arquitetura. Distributed across a basement, ground floor and second floor, the house was executed in reinforced concrete with exposed walls and shear walls, a flat roof in a waterproofed slab and a green roof over the ground-floor volumes. The internal program brings together a library, an office and a party hall with space for a billiard table, in addition to the suites on the upper floor, with aluminum frames from the Única line and louver panels in cumaru wood. The great highlight is the outdoor area: a two-level reinforced-concrete pool, with a beach entry and a glass enclosure, integrated with a 130 m² natural pond clad in rolled pebbles and fed by a cistern that captures the roof's rainwater. Completed in 2015, the project combines refined finishing with sustainable water-reuse solutions.
