High-end single-family residence in Criciúma, with 408.37 m² of built area distributed between the basement and the ground floor. The program brings together a pool, deck, barbecue with stainless steel hood and an exposed concrete fireplace, spaces integrated by large tempered-glass frames. The project combines a reinforced concrete structure and metal-tile roofing with refined finishes, such as 100x100 porcelain tile, white Itaúnas granite thresholds and an eave clad in Freijó wood.
