Renovation and expansion of a medical clinic in Criciúma, with a total area of 1,168.25 m² distributed between the ground floor and the mezzanine. The project added an enclosed expansion of 97.65 m² to the full replacement of the interior finishes on both floors, with large-format porcelain tile flooring and drywall ceilings. A technical highlight are the exam rooms prepared with acoustic treatment, geared toward audiometry and other services that require sound isolation. The expansion gained a metal-tile roof with thermal insulation and a front canopy in a metal structure clad in black ACM, giving the entrance a contemporary finish.
