The Otopan Clinic is a medical clinic in Criciúma (SC), designed by architect Marcos Sonego and built by EZA Engenharia. The project combined a complete overhaul of the ground floor and mezzanine with an enclosed expansion of 97.65 m², totaling 1168.25 m² of area. The program includes consulting rooms, a medication room and audiometry and vectonystagmography rooms with acoustic treatment, plus a front canopy in black ACM that marks the entrance. In the finishes, rectified porcelain flooring 120x120 cm, plasterboard ceilings with recessed lighting and Deca fixtures and fittings reinforce EZA's standard in commercial projects as well.
