Single-family residence of 247.44 m² built by EZA Engenharia in Criciúma, with architectural design by ES Arquitetura. Of contemporary and horizontal concept, the house combines an exposed concrete slab, wide sliding frames in black aluminum with tempered glass and a strong presence of wood in paneling, in the cumaru deck and in the freijó Santos Dumont staircase. The layout integrates the spaces with the garden and brings together a pergola, a gourmet area with a barbecue, a fireplace and a reflecting pool at the entrance. The roof received a garden roof and photovoltaic solar panels, reinforcing the sustainable reading of the project.
