The two-story residence was designed for family togetherness, with the ground floor bringing together the living area, the gourmet kitchen, and the barbecue around the deck and the pool, while the upper floor concentrates the bedrooms, among them the en-suite. The social program also includes a home theater and a veranda, with a covered garage integrated into the landscaping. The finishes combine high-end porcelain tiles from the Ceusa and Portinari lines, travertine floors in the social areas, and Venatino cladding in the en-suite. The contemporary façade works light volumes with a wood-look panel, and the roof has a timber structure over concrete tiles. The project was delivered fully finished by EZA Engenharia, with careful finishing in every room.
