A two-story residence delivered by EZA from an expansion project of the existing house. The intervention reorganized the home into two levels, with façades worked in volumes of painted masonry, perforated elements that filter the light and wooden pillars aligned with the already-built structure. The clear tempered-glass guardrail and the wooden details reinforce the project's finishing standard. The leisure area with pool and pergola, together with the landscaping of palm trees and grasses, integrates the ensemble with the surrounding woods.
