High-end single-family residence in Criciúma, designed by architect André Sartor and built by EZA Engenharia. With 272.79 m² of built area on a 600 m² lot, the house is developed on a ground floor crowned by an upper terrace. The program brings together a master suite with closet and studio, a second suite, an office, a powder room, a kitchen and a laundry room, plus a barbecue area and fireplace for moments of togetherness. The ceramic-tile roof over a treated-wood structure, the eaves with wood soffits and the stone facade give the architecture its character, while the terrace with a glass guardrail broadens the relationship with the outdoors. Completed in 2023.
