High-end residence in the Lagoa dos Esteves beach area, designed over two floors with a contemporary language that combines a large, glazed social pavilion with a more recessed upper volume. The large glass frames and the covered veranda integrate the interior with the garden, while the cobogó lattice elements enhance natural ventilation. The outdoor leisure area brings together a pool, permeable paving and landscaping with palm trees, and the whole is completed by a ceramic-tile roof and careful finishing on every façade.
