High-end single-family residence built in a gated community in Içara, with 553.07 m² of constructed area distributed over two floors and an upper reservoir on an 824.84 m² lot. The layout brings together four en-suite bedrooms, the master with a walk-in closet, plus an integrated living room, balcony, garage and pantry, with an elevator serving the floors. The leisure area has a pool and the architecture relies on a steel structure, with a sandwich-type aluzinc tile roof and volumes clad in champagne-colored ACM panels. The walls feature natural stone cladding and the interior spaces alternate between wood and plaster ceilings. Architectural design by André Sartor, executed by EZA Engenharia.
