A high-end single-family residence completed in Morro da Fumaça, with architectural design by Marcos Sônego. Spread over two floors totaling 356.65 m² of built area, the house combines a reinforced concrete structure and steel beams with smooth exposed-concrete walls and large glass panels. Finishing highlights include the slatted Tauari wood ceiling on the eaves and in the garage, the 120x120 cm porcelain tile floors, and the wood and black aluminum window frames. The program also includes a barbecue area with a concrete hood and an outdoor deck, reinforcing the contemporary character of the project executed by EZA Engenharia.
