The social floor integrates living, dining, and kitchen in a single 75 m² space, with a fireplace, and opens onto a wide veranda with a wooden deck and a barbecue area, facing the outdoor area with a pool and landscaping; the private wing brings together two en-suite bedrooms, a closet, and an office enclosed in tempered glass. On the ground floor are the spacious garage, the wine cellar, and the storage room, served by an internal elevator. The architecture combines an exterior finish in brick-type ceramic tiles, wooden ceilings, and glass frames with black aluminum profiles, with wood-look porcelain tile finishes, sandblasted granite, and black metallic details.
