High-end single-family residence built by EZA Engenharia in Criciúma, with architectural design by Thiago Teto and the project completed in 2025. It has 593.60 m² of built area distributed across basement and ground floor, with four en-suite bedrooms, among them the 45 m² master with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 66.65 m² living room gains a fireplace and a tempered-glass façade that opens the house to the outdoor area, alongside a gourmet space integrated with the pool, complete with deck and beach entry. The program also sets aside a wine cellar, a winter garden, and a technical basement with garage and laundry, all marked at the entrance by a slatted solid cumaru wood pivot door. The finishes combine black aluminum frames with clear glass, natural stone cladding, and exposed concrete on the façade.
