Expansion and requalification of a single-family residence in a gated community in Içara, delivered by EZA Engenharia in 2023, spanning about 237 m² across the ground floor and a new wooden mezzanine. The project unifies the main house and the annex under the same architectural language, with a graphite-gray shingle roof and a tempered-glass walkway connecting the two volumes. The program gained a new en-suite, a powder room, a fireplace and a spacious lounge, plus six Velux skylights that bring natural light into the rooms. The finishes combine cumaru paneling, engineered wood floors and black PVC and aluminum frames, supported by a mixed structure of reinforced concrete, wood and steel beam. The architecture is signed by Zaniboni Arquitetura.
